Holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School, a master’s in Law from Harvard Law School and a PhD in Theory of the State from USP. She was involved in major landmark cases such as the suit for declaration of unconstitutionality of Brazil’s Press Act with the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF). She has extensive experience in Environmental Law, Constitutional Law and Strategic Litigation. She is currently an Advisor of the São Paulo Association of Lawyers (AASP), member of the Commission of Registered Warrants of the Brazilian Bar Association for the state of São Paulo (OAB/SP) and of the State Sanitation Council, CONESAN.
