Holds a law degree, a master’s and a PhD from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School. He has broad experience in Political and Election Law and is the author of the books “Crime e Mentira na Política” (crime and lies in politics) and “Dolo e Culpa na Corrupção Política” (fraud and negligence in political corruption). He is a member of the Study Group on Neuromarketing and Electoral Psychometry at Rio de Janeiro State University. Focused on Election Law since 2004, he has headed the legal team in a number of municipal, state and federal elections, including presidential elections. Besides leading the firm’s Political and Election Law practice, he is currently the Chairman of the Commission on Studies in Political and Election Law at the São Paulo Lawyers Association (IASP), member of academic coordination office of the Brazilian Academy on Election and Political Law (ABRADEP) and member of the Special Commission on Election Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Federal Council.
